Smith Cleaning Solutions, Inc. is a small to mid-size commercial cleaning company that provides a full array of cleaning services to a broad range of customers. Beyond our wide range of floor work services offered, our main business is general cleaning of commercial facilities. The general cleaning services we provide include horizontal surface dusting, restroom / kitchen disinfecting, carpet vacuuming, hard-surface floor sweeping / damp-mopping, appliance cleaning, furniture polishing, window cleaning, and custom cleaning for your specific needs.
We provide comprehensive cleaning of offices, churches, factories, warehouses, schools, restaurants, hotels, as well as institutional, construction, and apartment / condominium common area cleaning.

Most of our competition talks a good game in the beginning to gain your business. After a short while, the service you receive leaves you scratching your head wondering what happened to what you had been promised.
We, at Smith Cleaning Solutions, Inc., do what we say we are going to do and have the numbers to back it up. Since starting the business in 2003, we have a customer retention rate of 93%. This means that of all the customers we have ever contracted with, we have retained the vast majority as satisfied customers.
Our Employees
Our company has over twenty employees that are thoroughly background checked upon hire. We background check all potential new hires and will not put anyone in your building that you would not approve of in your own hiring process. Trust is crucial in our industry. We do not have the theft and damage issues that often plague our industry.
We value our customers. We show our appreciation to our clients by placing a high emphasis on training for all of our employees. Our training process requires that every new hire works alongside a professional company trainer for a four to six week period. Upon completion of training, our employees, and the work they accomplish, are under constant supervision and review. We do not sub-contract our work to other cleaning services or individuals.
We have a high level of pride in our people and the work they perform. We show our appreciation to our employees’ high level of quality in their cleaning by paying them, on an hourly basis, above the industry average. To remain competitive, supply and demand of the marketplace will not allow us to pass that cost on to you.
